The Fido Fortress is your k-9 companion's protective fortress against harsh winter and wet conditions. Did you know that dogs don't sweat like humans? Therefore, any dog jacket using "breathable fabric" as a selling point is not making a product suitable for a dog in a harsh wet or winter environment. Or, they are using cheap fabrics that feel nice to the touch but fail very quickly when in harsh conditions. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR DOG PROTECTED IN HARSH CONDITIONS, KEEP THEM DRY AND PROTECTED FROM THE WIND. Other jackets can become liabilities rather than protective garments, once they become wet and the temperature drops as you move through the days changing weather and climate zones. That wet jacket can become an ice jacket!  The Fido Fortress uses fabrics that are WATERPROOF-WINDPROOF with fully taped seams that will keep your dog warm and dry. Three storage pockets so your dog can carry everything they need within their fortress, including a large storage pocket to stow their own Airlift Rescue Sling!  

Like most of our products the Fido Fortress Jacket is a modular piece of gear and compatible with the Airlift Rescue Sling (to be stowed within the "emergency kit" pocket).

2. Pockets: one large in rear and small pockets on both sides so Fido can carry their kit. 

3. Covered Zippers with back-up snaps to keep everything in place.

4. Reflective logos and high visibility outer fabric keeps Fido visible.

5. Anchor points to accept the Fido Pro Kevlar-Legs, cut-proof booty system (sold separately coming winter 2025)
